Bryan Fass is the president of Fass Consulting LLC, based out of the Charlotte NC area. Fass Consulting Specializes in Public Safety/Health Care Fitness, Injury Prevention, Wellness, Human Performance Enhancement and Fitness Testing.

Bryan holds a Bachelors In Sports Medicine is Nationally Certified and Licensed as an Athletic Trainer (ATC) a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS), a Paramedic and has numerous certifications in manual therapeutics and soft tissue techniques. Recognized as an expert in corrective exercise and functional movement analysis and training with a specialty in spine stabilization.

With over 17 years of clinical and on the street experience Bryan Fass is an expert on public safety & Industrial injury prevention. With specialties in Tactical Conditioning, patient and equipment handling ergonomics, fitness and wellness.


He is regularly contacted for expert opinion on public safety and material handling injury reduction training. He consults with numerous state agencies, municipalities and corporations around the county on reducing injury, improving wellness and empowering organizations. Bryan has lectured and taught for numerous county and private organizations and national level trade shows including EMS expo, Fire house world, enforcement expo, PRIMA, ASSE and State conferences throughout the US. Bryan also teaches a corporate wellness and travel fitness program for corporate clients throughout the Country.

A passionate presenter and teacher Bryan has a very unique approach to injury prevention, this approach comes from over 16 years of clinical rehabilitation with a specialty in Spine and Postural reeducation and over 8 years on the street as a paramedic. No one has the ability to see public safety fitness and injury prevention as Bryan does, from the outside in and from the inside out.

Bryan has authored 4 books including the Fit Responder and writes for numerous web and peer-reviewed journals. He works nationally with departments, corporations; state and local governments to design and run targeted injury prevention and wellness programs. He is frequently contacted for expert opinion and content contribution for all aspects of public safety and fitness. Bryan holds a bachelors’ degree in sports medicine, was a paramedic for over 8 years, and is certified as an Athletic Trainer & Strength Coach, he is the president and founder of the Fit Responder.

Bryan is the Author of the ‘Fit Responder’ Fitness and wellness techniques for the public safety professional. Bryan writes a regular column for, ems.1com has been published in EMS magazine and writes a peer reviewed journal column for the National Strength & Conditioning Associations Tactical Branch.
