A LifeFlight Eagle membership for your household shields you from any out-of-pocket cost you may otherwise incur from a helicopter transport with LifeFlight Eagle. Plus your participation in our membership program helps to assure the future of our air ambulance program. Welcome to the LifeFlight Eagle family!

Gift Memberships

LifeFlight Eagle membership makes a wonderful gift for a family member, friend, work colleague, employee or anyone you may want to give to.

Each membership requires a separate account. If you are an existing member purchasing a Gift Membership, or if you are purchasing multiple Gift Memberships, you will need to setup an account for each membership purchased. Please contact us at 800-936-9533 if you have any questions or would like us to setup the gift account/s for you.

Corporate Memberships

Companies and corporations are invited to purchase memberships for employees or to simply make our informational brochures available so that employees may opt to enroll individually. LifeFlight Eagle also offers membership presentations for management teams or employees.
